Job Description
We are looking for candidates that can take on the following roles (see roles and responsibilities below):
- Business Analysts\Designers
- Lead Developer
- Developer
Business Analyst:
• Identify and document user business needs
• Recommend solutions to satisfy user requirements and determine the impact on the new/existing design
• Assist in analyzing and documenting user requirements of new systems and enhancements to existing systems
• Assist in conducting the requirements definition phase
• Coordinate and support the development and deployment of user documentation
• Identify inputs, outputs and throughputs of a business process
• Define data requirements
Lead Developer:
• Develop work estimates and schedules
• Develop system design and program specifications to meet documented customer requirements
• Develop program specifications and validate program accuracy by preparing unit test plans/scenarios and evaluating results against plans
• Act as a resource to guide, instruct, and/or monitor team members in coding techniques, technical and user procedures, and established standards
• Provide input to other organization groups in preparation of system documentation and user training material
• Participate in the conference calls
• Design processes based on functional/technical architecture
• Identify interfaces
• Define detailed data requirements
• Develop conversion procedures
Developer:
• Develop work estimates
• Provides support in developing system design and program specifications
• Oversees coding and testing of programmers
• Develop programming assignments
• Able to develop code for complex programs
• Provide support to data center personnel in implementing new versions of software or procedures
• Act as a resource to guide, instruct, and/or monitor team members in coding techniques, technical and user procedures, and established standards
• Modify new or existing programs to reflect changes in systems requirements
• Prepare work unit packages which include: source code, documentation, unit test data/plans, debugging, and evaluating test results against expected results
• Complete evaluation, coding, testing, and documenting of solutions to SIRs
• Perform assigned maintenance to project libraries and data files, to help ensure program code and files are available for use
• Provide quality reviews regarding reusability and maintainability
• Document and resolve work unit issues
