Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Act as Project Lead, generally in 2-3 man teams.
- Contribute to technical writing approach and identifying development plan for new functional requirements.
- Trains new IT personnel on best coding practices for the projects.
- Lead code reviews and contribute to development of documentation on best practices.
- Architect and document application infrastructure.
- Research and propose development solutions to meet functional and non-functional requirements.
- Graduate of any course from top-ranked university. Has at least 4 years programming experience and education in any programming language.
- Preferred skill(s): Objective-C, C#, MS SQL, MY SQL & PHP, Adobe Flash, Flex, Java.
- High levels of initiative and strong capability of multitasking.
- Excellent communication skills -- both written and oral
- Willing to work in Makati.
