General supervision of F & B, store operations including management of personnel and inventories

M/F, not more than 32 y.o., graduates of HRM, F & B, Culinary or any related courses, with solid experience in the F & B, fine dining setting.  Highly personable and customer-focused, aggressive, self starter, detail and results oriented.  Willing to work long hours.
